Masterpiece..........the title of my first song and my personal goal for every song I write or perform. If I can’t
feel it, I can’t sing it! The right music can change a mood instantly.....I want to put my listeners in a mellow
mood. Silky velvet and unique are the expressions most often heard to describe my voice and musical stylings.
Like a covered pot with the top ready to blow, my moods overwhelm me and I must convey it through my
music! My EPs, A Taste of Coco and Stay In Your Lane, have fulfilled this need...for now!
Love, life and friendship are the prevailing themes of my songs. These songs are designed to paint a picture in
your mind and take you back to a wonderful time in your life and keep you there! With parents who could
perform original down home blues at the drop of a dime, it was a given that writing and performing would be
my passion! I was given an opportunity for a professional singing career while still in high school, but I
declined to continue my spiritual and emotional growth and concentrate on my family.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve become an accomplished lyricist and songwriter and have headlined sold out
shows at Café Industry & Jazz in Culver City and sold out shows at the Nate Holden Performing Arts Center in
Los Angeles, CA. I’ve also had the privilege to grace the stage at sold out shows at the legendary Catalina Bar
& Grill in Hollywood and also the Warehouse in Marina del Rey. My October 2019 show at Rosenthal Winery
in Malibu was a success and they have given me a standing invitation once ‘lockdown’ is over. Headlined my
last pre-Covid show in March 2020 at the Barbara Morrison Performing Arts Center in historic Leimert Park.
Standing invite there as well. I am excited to continue my musical growth!
I have had the privilege of working with some of the best in the business: super talented songwriter/producer,
Preston Glass; legendary sax player from the Jazz Crusaders, Wilton Felder; duet with soul singer Will
Downing and have performed with some extraordinary musicians in their own right, Lance Lee (drummer),
Larry Antonino (bassist) and Christopher Wilson (keys/MD), Kevin Flournoy (keys/producer) to name a few!
I have a solid, loyal following and I look forward to giving them what they want on my musical journey!
It’s all good..........................Coco

One of the brightest young talents to emerge in Cajun, Creole and Zydeco (Louisiana French) music over the last decade, Cedric Watson is a four-time Grammy-nominated fiddler, singer, accordionist & songwriter with seemingly unlimited potential.
Originally from San Felipe, TX (population 868), Cedric made his first appearance at the age of 19 at the Zydeco Jam at The Big Easy in Houston, TX. Just two years later, he moved to south Louisiana, quickly immersing himself in French music and language. Over the next several years, Cedric performed French music in 17 countries and on 7 full-length albums with various groups, including the Pine Leaf Boys, Corey Ledet, Les Amis Creole with Ed Poullard and J.B. Adams, and with his own group, Bijou Creole.
Cedric Watson & Bijou Creole resurrect the ancient sounds of the French and Spanish contra dance and bourré alongside the spiritual rhythms of the Congo tribes of West Africa, who were sold as slaves in the Carribean and Louisiana by the French and Spanish.

Multi-instrumentalist Berry — whose intimidating sonic arsenal includes everything from your standard rock axes to hammered dulcimer, glockenspiel, and Andean charango – and drummer Kurt Biroc thrive on jarring juxtapositions, both in their influences and in their own music. Berry describes Dots Will Echo as “A little bit The Incredible String Band, a little bit AC/DC. A little bit Nick Drake, a little bit Cheap Trick.” Besides being musical accomplices, longtime buddies Berry and Biroc work at the same day job, where Biroc — who Berry fondly describes as “The Miles Davis of profanity” – is the singer’s boss
